At Radiant Research, we are committed to providing prompt and reliable shipping services. Please read through our shipping policy for important details regarding processing times, shipping costs, and more.
Processing Time
- We attempt to ship all in-stock items within 24-48 hours of receiving your order.
- If your order includes both in-stock and out-of-stock items, the entire order will be held until all items are available and can be shipped together. Exceptions available at request, and will incur additional shipping costs.
Shipping Costs
- Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on the weight of the items and the delivery location.
- Free shipping may be available for orders exceeding the specified amount (e.g., $250) — please check current promotions or checkout details.
- Any additional charges for expedited shipping or special services will be clearly stated at checkout.
Shipping Carriers
- We primarily ship through USPS & UPS. Customers may be able to choose their preferred shipping method at checkout, depending on the options available.
Estimated Delivery Times
- Standard shipping within the U.S. typically takes 3-5 business days once the order is processed. More accurate estimations may be visible at checkout.
- Expedited shipping is available for an additional fee. Delivery times for expedited shipping are typically 1-3 business days. More accurate estimations may be visible at checkout.
- International shipping times vary by location and customs processing, typically ranging from 7-21 business days. More accurate estimations may be visible at checkout.
Please note that these delivery windows are estimates and do not account for potential delays caused by weather, carrier issues, or other factors beyond our control.
Shipping Delays
- Radiant Research is not liable for delays caused by weather, carrier delays, or other unforeseen circumstances. If your order is delayed, we recommend checking first with the carrier for the latest updates.
Order Tracking
- Once your order has shipped, if your email address is on-file with us, you will receive an email with your tracking number. You can use this number to track the status of your shipment via the carrier's website. If your email address is not submitted to us, please contact us for tracking information.
Shipping Method Alterations
- We reserve the right to alter the shipping method selected at checkout if deemed necessary. In such cases, any difference in shipping costs will be refunded to you.
International Shipping
- We currently ship to many countries around the world. Please note that international orders may be subject to customs fees, import duties, and taxes imposed by the destination country. These charges are the customer’s responsibility and are not included in the item price or shipping cost.
- Unfortunately, we are unable to control or predict these charges. For more information, please contact your local customs office.
Combining Orders
- Orders are not automatically combined. If you wish to combine multiple orders, you must contact us directly to request this. However, if one or more orders have already been fulfilled, combining them may not be possible.
- Refunds for combined shipping are available upon request but are not automatic.
Damages During Shipping
- We take care to ensure that your items are well-protected during shipping. However, Radiant Research is not responsible for damages that occur during transit.
- In the event of damage, you must provide photos of the damaged items. Once proof of damage is received, we will file a claim with the carrier and arrange to replace the product if possible.
Lost Packages
- If you believe your package has been lost, please wait 7 business days after the expected delivery date before contacting us or the carrier.
- We will assist you in locating the package or filing a claim with the carrier. Replacement or refund will be offered once the claim has been processed.
Failed Deliveries / Incorrect Addresses
- It is the customer’s responsibility to provide an accurate shipping address. If a package is undeliverable due to an incorrect or incomplete address provided by the customer, additional shipping fees may apply for re-sending the package.
P.O. Boxes / APO/FPO Addresses
- We do ship to P.O. boxes and military APO/FPO addresses. However, certain carriers may have limitations on shipping to these locations.
Returns Due to Non-Delivery
- If a package is returned to us due to non-delivery (e.g., no one available to accept the delivery, incorrect address), the customer may be responsible for additional shipping fees to re-ship the order.
