At Radiant Research, we aim to ensure our customers are completely satisfied with their purchases. Please review our return and refund policies below for details on how we handle returns, exchanges, and refunds.
Returns
- We accept returns only on eligible items within 30 days of the delivery date.
- To initiate a return, please contact us at RRClientOrders@gmail.com with your order number and the reason for the return. Our team will provide further instructions and a return authorization if your return is approved.
- Items must be in their original, unused condition, with all original packaging and labels intact. Any opened, used, or damaged items are not eligible for return.

Non-Returnable Items: Due to the nature of our products, certain items cannot be returned. This includes:
- Research products and inject-able vitamins (no matter the condition)
- Any product with visible signs of use, tampering, or damage
Return Shipping
- Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item is defective or the return is due to our error.
- We recommend using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We cannot guarantee that we will receive your returned item without a tracking number.
Exchanges
- We only replace items if they are defective or damaged. If you need to exchange an item, please contact us at RRClientOrders@gmail.com with your order number and photos of the defective or damaged item. We will assess the situation and provide instructions for the exchange process.
- In cases where an exact replacement is not available, we may offer a substitute, store credit or a refund.
Refunds
- Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
- Approved Refunds: If approved, your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your original payment method within 7-10 business days.
- Partial Refunds: In certain situations, only partial refunds may be granted (e.g., if the returned item is not in its original condition, or if parts are missing for reasons not due to our error).
- Non-Refundable Items: Items such as nutraceuticals, vitamins, or damaged products due to misuse are not eligible for refunds.

Damaged or Defective Items
- If you receive a defective or damaged product, please notify us within 7 days of receiving your order by providing photos of the damage. We will work with you to replace the item or issue a refund, as appropriate.

Non-Delivery Issues
- In cases where the package was not delivered due to incorrect address information provided by the customer or other non-delivery issues, return shipping fees may apply, and original shipping fees are non-refundable.
Restocking Fees
- In some cases, a restocking fee of up to 15% may apply to returned items. This will be deducted from your refund.
Sale and Discounted Items
- Only regular-priced items are eligible for refunds. Sale items or items purchased with a discount are final sale and cannot be returned or refunded unless defective.
