What payment options do you accept?
We have many payment options you can use. You can use Visa, Mastercard, American Express, Discover, ShopPay and PayPal.

Shipping
How long will it take to ship my order?
Most orders are shipped within 3 business days. Higher volume time periods, such as holidays, could result in increased shipping times.
Some orders are pre-orders, and those items will ship on the given days.
Please note: Any orders placed on the weekends will be processed on the next business day.
Where is my order/shipping confirmation?
After you place your order, you will receive an order confirmation. Once USPS scans your package you will receive a shipping confirmation with a link to track your package!
Do you ship internationally?
YES! We do ship internationally! Shipping rates will be calculated at checkout.
Please note: International orders often take a longer time to move through the shipping process once in the hands of the mail carrier. Please allow at least 30 days for your order to arrive once it has left our warehouse.
Orders
How do I check my order status?
Once your order has been shipped, you will receive a shipping confirmation email with a tracking number and a tracking page to watch the status of your order.
I want to change something in my order
Once orders have been placed, we are unable to cancel them. However, if you contact us promptly, we may be able to make adjustments to your order. Please message us on Facebook if you need to add on or make any changes. We are always ready to assist you and provide the best possible service for your individual situation.
Returns/Refunds
Can I return/exchange my order?
We do not allow returns or exchanges.
Research Questions
Are there any annual/membership fees?
No! And there never will be.
How do I know which product to order
It's a personal preference, many prefer T-10 over S-5 because the side effects are less daunting.
BAC Water
Should my BAC water be refrigerated?
Yes! We recommend BAC water to be refrigerated. It needs to be stored in a cool, dark place.. It is good for 28 days.
